Aer is an aromatic, green, sour fragrance with a dry smoky base. The opening of wild grass, grapefruit, mint and Sicily’s lemon, steam distilled essential oils, stands out on a precious natural base of earthy vetiver roots and incensed elemi balm.

Aer’s elements of freshly cut grass and smoke converge into something that is a lot brighter and more uplifting than it sounds though. Grapefruits, lemons, mint and lavender jump out from the bottle first, and then the heart of juniper berry, jasmine and magnolia really opens up with the cashmere wood and patchouli sitting quietly at the structure’s base.

Aer is the fog. The area surrounding the Italian village of Atri is famous for the dense layer of fog that descends at dusk and Aer takes its inspiration directly from that natural phenomenon, translating the way that the fog dampens and envelopes the fields of grass and the village’s ancient masonry.

Inspired by the intricate rose window of the Basilica Concattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta (or Atri Cathedral), located in the heart of Atri, Italy. This architectural masterpiece holds deep significance as the city where the brand was originally established, reflecting a perfect harmony between art, heritage, and the spirit of perfumery.

Each and every single of our perfumes is a unique numbered piece featuring a certificate which states its belonging to a specific production batch, date and bottle number. All boxes and bottles are hand-packed individually, to guarantee their genuine artisanal excellence.

The artisan manufacturing doesn’t stop with creation of the perfumes; all components of the final product are handmade: caps are machined and finished manually, labels are applied individually, boxes are created, lined and decorated one by one.
